Our Why
When it comes to honoring the sacrifices made by our servicemen and women, actions speak louder than words. That’s why we started Clays For A Cause, Inc., a non-profit organization that raises crucial funds for MI DAV (Michigan Disabled American Veterans). The sacrifices our veterans make to keep our country safe and strong are immeasurable. From time away from loved ones to risking their lives in the line of duty, they give so much for us.
MI DAV plays an essential role in ensuring that these veterans receive the benefits they rightfully deserve. The organization provides the resources and advocacy that veterans need to access medical care, disability compensation, and other benefits. By supporting MI DAV, we are helping to ensure that veterans are not forgotten after their service ends.
Clays For A Cause takes pride in raising funds for this invaluable cause. Every contribution, every event, every effort made by our team, sponsors, and participants is a way to say "thank you" to those who have given so much. For our team, being involved is more than just about the fundraising — it's about giving back to those who have given everything to protect our freedom. Over our past 7 Sporting Clays Fundraisers, Clays For a Cause, Inc. has raised $177,500 for Michigan Disabled American Veterans. We are very close to surpassing $200k and we are proud of that. Our goal for this year event is to raise $30,000, help us get there!

A proud moment for CFAC as we were shown the new MI DAV truck and trailer, purchased by the MI DAV in part through donations by CFAC. This truck and trailer is used by the MI DAV to travel to veterans and provide services on location.
